Convenient location close to many attractions.
I faced some challenges with noise, as the walls felt thin, allowing sounds from the neighboring rooms to disrupt my sleep. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, which made resting difficult during my stay. Additionally, the control for temperature was absent, leaving the room a bit colder than I preferred, which affected my overall comfort.

Super clean property in a quiet walking street. very central! The staff was incredibly friendly, making my first solo trip enjoyable. Housekeeping was also excellent, always greeting with a smile.
The door to my room didn't close properly. a bit concerning for privacy.

Super clean property in a quiet walking street. Very central to explore the area.
The room was cold with no way to adjust temperature. Hot water was unavailable for an entire morning, and the use of physical keys means checking in and out at the front desk every time, which can feel a bit cumbersome and monitored. Insulation for noise could also be improved.

The Alkazar is perfectly situated in the heart of Valencia, just a 10-minute walk from the stunning Valencia Cathedral and Central Market. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, and I loved the fire extinguisher safety feature. The nearby metro station made getting around the city a breeze!

Javier, the receptionist, was a highlight, offering helpful insights on local sights and dining options. The room was spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions without the typical downtown noise. However, the room lacked temperature control, leading to some discomfort. The use of physical keys felt outdated and cumbersome compared to electronic systems. Moreover, noise insulation could be improved, as some street sounds penetrated the stay.

Javier was super helpful, giving me great tips on the must-see spots in town and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge area and taking a dip in the pool after a long day of exploring. The pillows weren't exactly what I'd choose, but it didn't take away from my experience. 😊
